Why Choose Neighborhood Health Clinics?
At Neighborhood Health Clinics we provide a team-based approach to your family’s medical needs. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are here to provide a high level of primary and preventative care from acute to chronic health conditions. Bilingual staff are available to assist in a variety of languages.
Neighborhood Health Clinics offers the convenience of medical, dental, optometry, WIC, social services, and insurance enrollment- all in one central location. Services are available to anyone regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount to anyone who has not met their insurance deductible, whose insurance does not cover the service provided, and anyone uninsured. Sliding fee discount is available only to those that meet income guidelines. Affordable payment plans are also available.
Whether you have health coverage or experience periods without insurance, we can provide you the same continuous, quality care that you need.
